Your First Visit
We will try to make your first visit as easy as possible. Our goal is to maintain your oral health in a comfortable, easygoing environment, no matter what your treatment is. Please come about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Your dentist will start by reviewing your dental and medical history, then performing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a detailed exam of your teeth, gums, jaw and bite, in addition to an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.
Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, depending on the location you visit, we can provide services in Farci, Indian, Portuguese, Italian, Punjabi, Serbian, Croatian, Persian, Urdu, Hindi and Gujarati.
Please advise us when booking your appointment if you have a language preference.

At dentalhouse, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

dentalhouse offers financing options through Dentassure to help you manage your dental payments at an affordable and comfortable pace.
- Payment Methods
You are responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
