Your First Visit

We will try to make your first visit as smooth as we can. Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you'll have enough time to complete a New Patient Form. 

You can also fill out our New Patient Form online. 

Initial Examination

To begin, your dentist will review your dental and medical history before performing a comprehensive dental exam. This examination will include a thorough inspection of your teeth, gums, jaw and bite, along with an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays. 

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, the dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan. We will also take time to address any questions you might have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Please contact us during our regular business hours to book an appointment at dentalhouse Woodbridge Dental.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Does your clinic offer on-site parking?

  Yes, our location has free on-site parking available for patients. We are also accessible by public transit. 

• Do you offer services in languages other than English?

  We can provide communication in English, Farsi and Italian. Please advise us when booking your appointment if you have a language preference.

Insurance Claims

We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.

Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

Payment Methods

You are responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment. 

We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
